Residence Hall Conservation Challenge, 5 Minute Shower Challenge, Energy monitoring on Digital Displays

A brief description of the campaign (1st campaign):

Lawrence participates in the national Recyclemania competition each year, measuring the amount of material recycled per student on campus. All residents on campus were encouraged to take showers that were no longer than 5 minutes, using shower timers purchased through an Environmental Initiative Grant. Green Roots funded one or the digital displays in two residence halls which, in addition to calendar space, display the energy consumption in each hall for the previous day.

All are currently active. Results will be evaluated at the end of the 2012-2013 academic year.
