The new 107,000 square-foot Warch Campus Center was awarded LEED Gold status, and signage is displayed prominently in the lobby. Additionally, the Hiett Residence hall has all the qualities of a LEED (silver) certified building. In the lobby of Hiett, there are two awards 2003 and 2004 for "Top Projects" and the "Wisconsin Build Award."
