A brief description of the enterprise:
The Sustainable Lawrence University Garden (SLUG) is managed as a sustainable business, including a long-term contract with the campus dining facility to provide food and compost kitchen waste. The income generated by has allowed students to expand the operation into a fruit orchard and bee-keeping as well.
