Langara publishes sustainability news across multiple platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, the Langara employee newsletter, and from the College website.

Two specific social media platform for sustainability are run by the Sustainability Student Ambassadors and the Sustainability Club, which include a Meatless Mondays Blog and Langara Sustainability Instagram page.

The sustainability walking tour provides campus level signage that describes in detail different aspects of green building and energy use on campus. For example, there is signage in the community garden and apiary noting sustainability benefits.

A brief description of the sustainability walking map or tour:
The sustainability walking tour highlights the various strategies Langara has taken to keep its campus sustainable. This short walk takes you across the campus to explore different features from waste management to protecting natural environments to using innovative technology to create renewable energy.

Additionally, the college provides an audio tour of Langara’s award-winning sustainable T Building. The audio tour highlights the various green features of the state-of-the-art facilities and is designed to be listened to while perusing the building.
