Some employees at the College earn below the living wage of $29.84 per hour. The minimum wage in Oregon for 2024 was $14.70 per hour, a small percentage of LCC employees received this as compensation.
In Fiscal Year 2023 out of 1,114 employess on LCC's payroll, 769 of them received wages above $29.84 per hour.
