A brief description of how sustainability is included in new employee orientation:
The College implemented in the last year a mandatory day long new employee orientation. As part of this orientation a 30 minute sustainability presentation is included. This presentation includes general sustainability concepts as well as information on the sustainable practices that the College has already in place and how the can participate. New employees are also introduced to the College's sustainability goals and plans.
