A brief description of the program:
The two departments that generally use chemicals are Chemistry and Biology. They maintain soft copy of chemicals inventory that they share.
There are certain chemicals that can be reused in certain reactions and they are reused. Majority chemicals are consumed and no reversing process is put in place to reproduce these for reuse.
