・Periodic health checkups for all staff and student, special checkups for staff and student in charge of hazardous works, and the health checks for new employees or for persons assigned abroad
・health-care guidance after the health checkup
・interview and advice by doctor for overworked employee
・consulting about mental health by e-mail
・creation of a counseling counter for mental health by external contractors
