A brief description of the institution’s programs that help increase the diversity of higher education faculty :
We have the Teaching Assistant Program for the excellent graduate students. They can engage in educational assistant work in the experiment, the practical training and the exercise class under educational consideration. By paying for the TA work, Kyoto University aims to provide not only financial aid but also the fulfilling education and the opportunities for training for future faculty or leader.
