A brief description of the sustainable food and beverage purchasing program:
The primary food services provider, University Cooperative, purchases fresh vegetables from Kyoto Prefecture(within 250 miles).
In collaboration with Fisheries Cooperative Association of Maizuru in Kyoto Prefecture, University Cooperative has the program of the local production for local consumption.
