KPU's Human Resources Department provides a LinkedIn Learning License to all employees at KPU, whether Faculty, Support Staff, or Administration. This LinkedIn Learning License provides opportunities for staff to learn many workplace and career skills, including those related to sustainability. For example, the "Employee's Guide to Sustainability" on LinkedIn Learning hosts several short videos that dive into topics related to sustainability that are relevant to an employee including going over the basics of sustainability, finding your sustainable commute option, impact of business travel, individual actions, and more. On Earth Day, Human Resources promoted videos like these to encourage KPU employees to learn more about sustainability in the workplace and beyond. Other beneficial videos on LinkedIn Learning highlighted by the HR team include but are not limited to: i. Introduction to ESG: Environmental, Social, and Governance ii. Navigating Environmental Sustainability: A Guide for Leaders iii. Sustainability Strategies iv. Improve Your Sustainability Skills v. Sustainable Development and Well-being vi. Principles of Sustainable Development.

KPU also offers diversity and inclusion related webinars for free when employees sign up as KPU members to the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion webinars. As well, KPU is an Employer Partner to Indigenous Works, an Indigenous-led social enterprise and non-profit business who offer monthly webinars which KPU employees can attend for free.
