Yes

Percentage of employees assessed, directly or by representative sample:
39

A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction and engagement:

In 2023, Knox's Staff Council sent a wellness survey to all non-academic employees and had a 39% response rate. They survey was distributed digitally to determine what types of activities and wellness programs we could offer during and after the work day to help facilitate optimal health and build community.

A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation:

Staff Council uses the responses to the survey to guide their advocacy and support of ideas raised by the participants. It was determined that the hours that some exercise classes are offered do not correspond to most employees in facilities. A class was then offered to accommodate different working schedules that are outside of the typical 8-5 time period.
