Yes

A brief description of the student sustainability research program:

In 2017, a sustainability endowment was established to support student research and internships (through alum donations). These funds are available each year for students applying to the college's Vovis Center for Research & Advanced Study and for Knox's Power of Experience grants. Funding is awarded to sustainability-related research and creative projects. In the 2022-2023 academic year, twelve students received financial awards to support research projects such as community scale composting and bioregional herbalism. One student was awarded funding to carry out a summer research on implementing an herbal fruit tree guild to increase biodiversity and contribute the growing edible forest garden at the Knox farm.
