In 2019, Knox's Staff Council sent a survey to all non-academic employees (65% of total FTE employees) and had a 50% response rate. They survey was distributed digitally and all responses were collected anonymously.
A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation:
Staff Council uses the responses to the survey to guide their advocacy and support. They address the issues raised by the survey with their meetings with the college president and in various other ways we work throughout the year, such as lunch and learn events and advocating for change.
