A brief description of the institution’s formal participatory or shared governance bodies:

The Student Senate is responsible for the management of money between clubs, rolling out new ideas and projects, and voicing the needs of students to improve campus life.

Faculty members are expected to serve on faculty committees as part of their governance responsibilities. There are 3 elected committees and 12 appointed committees.

The Knox College Staff Council exists as a positive collective voice to foster a spirit of unity by encouraging the exchange of ideas among college staff in keeping with the mission of Knox College.
