The Office of Sustainability has weekly blog posts that are updated throughout the academic year. These posts market campus initiatives or provides sustainable tips that correspond to campus events or holidays (surviving finals sustainable or sustainable valentines day). At the end of each term a summary of the most popular posts is sent to the campus as the "News from the Office of Sustainability" newsletter.

Dinning services identifies food prepared with produce from the Knox Farm as well as food procured from local vendors. Signage in the cafeteria explains the importance sustainable food systems and how our dining services team support these systems. In addition, online menus highlight different news and facts about sustainable food systems.
