A brief description of the institution’s efforts to support alternative fuel and power technology in its motorized fleet:
Knox College recently installed an electric car charging station with parking and charge ports for two passenger vehicles. Grounds uses electric vehicles when possible, and uses biofuel in tractors, mowers, and other diesel equipment when the weather and warranties permit.
