A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction and engagement:
Human Resources conducted a survey, sent to all faculty and staff, in early 2012 which evaluated employee satisfaction and attitudes toward the institution.
The President's Council, representing all top administrators and faculty, meets weekly and has devoted a session to reviewing the results of this survey and creating an action plan to address issues.
In addition, a faculty/staff listserv is actively used by the College to discuss issues and bring up concerns, allowing for freedom of expression and constructive dialogue.
