The King's University has an LGBTQ group affinity group run by a staff member via the Vice President of Student Development. There is also an International Student Coordinator program and support for students with learning disabilities.

International Student Office Mandate
The International Student Office serves all international students at King’s by providing co-curricular supports enabling one to thrive and contribute to the development of a culturally inclusive and diverse community.
The team consists of the Coordinator of International Student Programs (CISP) and a dedicated team of student leaders known on campus as International Student Assistants (ISAs).
Our team is responsible for planning International Student Orientation, various International Student Programs, as well as the annual campus-wide Globe Aware Week for international students to participate in and get involved at King's.

King's also has a team to support Indigenous Students consisting of Indigenous Student Leaders. Recently, King's implemented new scholarships and student involvement opportunities for Indigenous students: a number of awards valuing between $2,000-4,000 are available for Indigenous students studying business, education, or natural sciences.

Various accommodations and supports are provided for students with disabilities (e.g. learning, physical). King's also participates in an Inclusive Post-Secondary Education initiative that supports students with developmental disabilities to be fully included in their study and campus life, pursue career aspirations, develop lifelong friendships, gain independence, and build life-enriching experiences.
