A brief description of the methodology the institution followed to complete the research inventory:
We looked through each academic program’s website and checked all faculty members’ biographies, looking at research interests and publications. We also checked online institutional research database (including publications and presentations). The Sustainable Development Goals were used as the primary criteria for inclusion. We also included research related to Indigenous Peoples in Canada, since Indigenous concerns generally link back to the land. We e-mailed faculty and staff members about whose research there was insufficient information in the online databases to complete the list.
