In 2018, Kenyon administered the Collaborative on Academic Careers in Higher Education (COACHE) survey to faculty. Results are published in the office of institutional research's webpage.

Depending on the type of issue, it might be resolved through the Human Resources Office, through the Faculty governance process or via focused working groups.
