We install rain gardens adjacent to parking lots and pervious concrete strips in larger parking lots. A new underground parking structure will have a green-space installed above it.

All new construction is designed to limit erosion from runoff throughout its life cycle. Rainwater is diverted to areas with low slope and divided between outflows to limit volume in any one area. At least one campus structure captures rainwater for use in irrigation.
