A brief description of the institution’s community garden:
The Kenyon Farm is a ten-acre multi-use facility that is both a food production hub and an academic resource. Space is made available upon request for appropriate community gardening projects ranging from student kitchen gardens to larger-scale flower production with a local florist. While most community members take advantage of the u-pick offerings, several have taken the next step into their own production as well. The current production scheme for the Farm Operation itself is to work in close coordination with a local food-assistance non-profit.
