Less than 7% of our faculty are "limited appointment" meaning that they do not teach a full load and/or instruct specialty classes such as individual studies in the music department. All visiting, tenured and tenure-track faculty are "full time" employees. The attached documentation lists faculty by status rather than classes but due to the reduced load of a limited appointment faculty member, the percentage of classes taught by full time faculty is actually higher than 93%.
