In addition to the Faculty Development Grants, financial incentives are provided for faculty to expand the use of Open Education and Open Access to Research as described more in AC-11. Selected faculty are considered “Open Education Ambassadors” and receive a $2000 stipend.
The College also offers a Teaching Fellows program where new pedagogical approaches are explored and faculty are offered release time as an incentive to participate.
