• The Office of Institutional Research and Assessment conducts a “Campus Climate” survey every two years (2012, 2014). The results of this survey along with “Best Practices” information guide policy, programs and initiatives.

A brief description of the student diversity and educational equity assessment(s):
Institutional Research department records data on student diversity with respect to gender, race, first-generation status, and low-income/Pell grant recipient status. The data is gathered at the beginning of each semester and recorded by class level. Retention rates and graduation percentages are some of the ways the College uses this data to determine if policy changes are needed to ensure future student diversity.
