The Eco-Reps maintain a facebook page and twitter profile to focus on campus sustainability. The recycling program also has facebook and twitter accounts to highlight ways to reduce, reuse and recycle in all aspects of life.

Each year, the campus holds an academic symposium to promote academic research, including research on sustainability related topics. The event, typically held in April, is a weekend long showcase of some of the best research on campus.

Lucid technologies display in lobby of newest LEED (platinum) building, the TDS Center. Additional signage was made and posted around the building to highlight the different features.

The dining commons features signage indicating local foods and signage with nutrition information (serving size, fat, sodium and other content information). The food "court" has posters highlighting many of the sustainable practices including compostable disposal-ware, reusable mugs and regional foods.

We maintain a wildlife management area. There are signs posted throughout this area to explain what it is and how it is sustained.

The recycling program and Eco-Reps pair together to educate off campus students about how to live sustainably off campus. They created and distribute a brochure with details about being green, another one about vermicomposting and one on green housecleaning.

The Sustainability Officer and Recycling Coordinator are regularly interviewed for the student newspaper and TV channel, usually as part of class projects BUT we do not maintain a regular column nor do we have a reporter assigned to our 'beat.'
