Human resources determines the market standard for our region, using guidelines established by USNH. Our threshold is no more than a 5% salary deficient compared to the market. Human Resources works with any employee who falls below that threshold on a development plan to move up within three years of employment. The plan encourages training, increased role responsibility and education.
