A brief description of the trayless dining program:
Dining room personnel noticed three years ago that better than 305 of diners didn't use trays. Removing (most) of the trays was the next step and there has been little negative feedback. Trays were not completely eliminated at the request of handicapped and elderly patrons. There is a small number available near the dish room.
