Kean University invites all students, faculty, staff and guests to charge their electric vehicles (EV) on campus. We currently have eight (8) charging ports.

Kean has 70 on-campus apartments for faculty. New faculty are given the opportunity to live on/near campus to allow time to get settled into living in Union County, NJ.

1. Kean recently implemented a program where most employees work remotely from home one day per week to lessen traffic and environmental effects.
2. Kean observes a 4-day workweek during the summer.
3. The on-campus transportation now includes electric buses.
4. Students receive a 25% discount on train and bus fare to commute to campus.
