A brief description of the enterprise:
The Horticulure Club runs a "farmer's market" where they sell campus garden produce and gain sustainable business skills. The funds collected help to support student sustainable agriculture projects. They expect to expand soon by selling campus grown produce to our dining service.
The club does not have a website for their farmers market, but the one below shows the club in action at their market.

Our Ag/Hort program is only one year old and the Ag/Hort Club was started in the fall of 2010. While the Ag/Hort program did grow a garden in 2010, the first time the Club will be involved with a student-run produce business will be in 2011.
