A brief description of the methodology the institution followed to complete the research inventory:
All full-time faculty is expected to conduct some form of research so that number was calculated by counting the total number of full-time, non-visiting faculty members. Sustainability research was identified by finding the faculty members whose research is related to environmental studies and sustainability. This process has not been validated by an outside party.
