Does the institution have a program to reduce residence hall move-out waste?:
Yes
None
A brief description of the program:
Judson's Student Sustainability Committee has instituted a Swap Meeting during each hall move-out period. This event gives students the chance to swap unwanted items instead of just throwing them into the dumpster. Additionally, recycling receptacles are placed at strategic locations throughout campus to encourage students to recycle eligible items instead of putting them in trash cans.
