Faculty members at Judson University are provided with an annual professional allowance to assist with professional development.
Faculty development workshops and training are also offered throughout the academic year, and faculty members are encouraged to attend these sessions.

Faculty members who elect to attend sustainability conferences may use their professional development allowances to cover expenses. Faculty from multiple departments have attended off-site conferences.
