A brief description of the enterprise:
There is a student-run cafe scheduled to open for business in March of 2012. Business students have already been involved in planning for the enterprise, establishing a model of participating student internships that involve all areas of business - marketing, accounting & finance, management, and IT. Interns are being coached by Business faculty in principles of sustainable business. Other majors have also been involved, namely architecture students (who redesigned the space) and graphic arts students (who are designing and preparing advertising materials.
