CONSTRUCTION WASTE MANAGEMENT AND DISPOSAL PLAN

Provide (with bid submittal) a Construction Waste Management and Disposal plan that includes, but not limited to,
details on the following:
1. Salvaging nonhazardous demolition and construction waste.
2. Recycling nonhazardous demolition and construction waste.
3. Disposing of nonhazardous demolition and construction waste.
