Yes, LifeWorks is a one-stop resource that offers in-person counselling, telephone consultation, information, and personalized community referrals. They are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for employees and their family members. Students can also make use of Empower Me. Empower Me is a service available to John Abbott College students in addition to the services offered by the College's counselling and health and wellness professionals. Empower Me is a support service available 24/7, 365 days a year, students can access professionals via Empower Me at no cost.
