Jefferson conducts a survey that allows for anonymous feedback to measure employee satisfaction.
Each year the College conducts an annual survey of faculty and staff. This survey focuses on communication, College processes, and the work environment and gives all Jefferson employees an opportunity to express their thoughts, both positive and negative, regarding the College.
