KCTCS Board of Regents adopted a salary schedule that is reviewed periodically by an independent human resources consulting firm to ensure that all employees are paid a sustainable wage. Pay bands have been established along with Job Analysis Questionaires. Individuals are hired into these positions at least at the minimum of a pay band which is 25% of market rate. They may based on experience come in at 50% which is market rate or 75%.
