Jefferson strives for diversity/inclusion and global awareness that promotes diversity within its learning and working environment for its students, staff and faculty.
As such, Jefferson is strongly committed to building its strategic initiative to integrate diversity and global awareness into all its college operations, meaning that the college environment will be that in which all stakeholders are respected and appreciated. These stakeholders include those of different races, ethnicities, gender, sexual orientation, age, socio-economic status, disability, religion, national origin and any other area that is represented by the broad spectrum of our students, staff, and faculty that enriches this multi-campus college.
