When purchasing plumbing, Jefferson will continue to purchase low flow water fixtures and toilets.
The college is currently installing energy-efficient and water bottle filling stations that will replace existing water fountains, while also reducing the total number water fountains.
Jefferson replaced water cooled walk-ins and freezers motors with efficient equipment. Future plans are currently being organized to further achieve water use reduction goals.
