Does the institution limit free printing for students in all computer labs and libraries?:
Yes
None
A brief description of how printing is limited:
Students are given an allotment for their printing needs by limiting free printing for students in all computer labs and libraries.
Jefferson is also currently pushing out a driver to automatically print double-sided. Individuals can choose to just print on a single side on a job-by-job basis. Jefferson
encourages an environmentally aware culture in offices by promoting duplex printing, recycling waste paper, encouraging energy conservation, recycling printer cartridges, and minimizing all waste wherever possible. By setting defaults on all printers and copiers to duplex printing mode, as well as setting computers to default double-sided printing, ensures that paper use is nearly cut in half.
