Facilities Management made a significant effort to install utility submeters across the campus building portfolio and is utilizing Energy Star Portfolio Manager as a benchmarking tool to assess performance of these buildings. The department is in the preliminary phases of setting goals and creating action plans to move forward with information gathered from the benchmarking effort.
