The Commonwealth of Virginia employee health insurance benefits changed recently to include an incentive designed to reduce cost assuming employees complete certain tasks. Included in those tasks are a health assessment and a requirement to complete biometric screenings. Based on information gleaned from these data sources, each employee will be provided with a personalized website designed to help them enhance their wellness. In addition, JMU Recreation provides a variety of wellness programs open to employees.
