Of our 166 non-benefit eligible, lowest paid employees, 155 earn a hourly wage of less than the MIT estimated family of four living wage for our area of $25.86/hour.

According to Ithaca College Human Resources, IC has 404 of our 1,352 active employees earning less than the family of 4 estimated hourly wage of $25.86/hour or 31% of our employee population. It should be noted that based on our local estimated individual living wage, only 38 employees or 2.8% are paid under that rate.
