A brief description of the campus-community council or equivalent body that gives external stakeholders a regular voice in institutional decisions that affect them:
Several community members representing the Ithaca City School District and Cornell University are active participants on our Board of Trustees. Additionally, there were 4 community meetings held as a part of IC's strategic planning process to gain feedback from the public on the direction of IC investments. The President also holds monthly.ongoing meetings with community leaders, and Cabinet members serve on a number of community boards.
