A brief description of the event(s):

The Sustainability at Ithaca program offers the Sustainability Cafe speakers series. There are speakers or films featured numerous times each semester, held in conjunction with the Environmental Seminar, a required course in the Environmental Studies program that is also open to the public. In addition, there have been major speaker presentation events on campus, all open to the general public and advertised heavily to students. The college has hosted numerous symposiums and conferences on sustainability, also marketed to students. In Spring 2013, the College hosted the Youth Power Summit, which was the youth sector component of the regional Climate Smart, Climate Ready conference.
