Considering that Tecnológico de Monterrey is committed to the dissemination of scientific, technological and innovation knowledge, the Rector has authorized the open access policy proposed by a committee made up of the representatives of the Schools, the Vice-Rector's Office for Research and Technology Transfer and the Academic Vice-Rector's Office

2. Support for scientific conferences.
