A brief description of the certified/verified sources of clean and renewable electricity:
At Tecnológico de Monterrey (Tec), we prioritize sustainability by incorporating renewable energy sources. We achieve this through an Energy Services Agreement (ESA) with Ventika, a wind farm located in General Bravo, Nuevo León, Mexico. Ventika has 84 wind turbines with a capacity of 3 MW each, for a total installed capacity of 252 MW. This agreement ensures a portion of the electricity powering our campuses comes directly from Ventika's wind energy.

Data source(s) and notes about the submission:
UPDATE: Attached is the file for energy consumption per Campus per source during 2023 (performance year), including Renewable and non-renewable sources. Considering that the ESA with all energy suppliers are negotiated with a system wide rate per KWh, all Campuses measure and pay their own energy consumption and are registered as "separate" facilities with our current suppliers.
