The Institutional Repository of Tecnológico de Monterrey (RITEC) preserves, organizes, and ensures the visibility and access to the institution's administrative, academic, and scientific output, as well as the documentary and artistic heritage under its care, all of which is available in Open Access.

Considering that the Tecnológico de Monterrey is committed to the dissemination of scientific, technological, and innovative knowledge, the Rector has authorized the open access policy proposed by a committee comprising representatives from the Schools, the Vice-Rectorate of Research and Technology Transfer, and the Vice-Rectorate of Academics.
